Grand Sport Auto Body is proud to announce it’s involvement with the Believe & Achieve Foundation’s most recent donation of $15,000 to the YPAL Program. The Believe & Achieve Foundation works to improve the quality of life and basic needs of families in need right here in our own backyards, aiming to develop confidence and self-esteem in the youth of our communities by raising funds for various programs and activities for the children that would otherwise be unobtainable due to financial restrictions.
The YMCA YPAL program is based out of West Chester, Pennsylvania. The program primarily provides supervised after school care and summer camp to children ages 5 to 15 that come from low-income households. With the youth being involved in after-school activities, it drastically improves their opportunities for success in school and in life. Without the YPAL program, many of the children enrolled in YPAL would otherwise fall victim to difficulties and struggles in school, and juvenile delinquencies. The YMCA YPAL Program offers services to the children and their families, including mentoring, assistance with their studies and homework, games, physical activities, swim lessons, arts and crafts, and so much more.
